Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or design, or for change-of-mind purchases. To ensure the best fit, please carefully review the sizing charts provided on each product page before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing error, we want to make it right.
- What to Do:
Please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:- A clear photo of the product showing the issue.
- For orders with multiple affected items, a photo showing all items in one frame.
- Resolution Options:
We will provide a free reprint of the item or issue a refund if the issue meets our criteria.
Limitations
- Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5″) are within tolerance and are not considered defects.
- Refunds are not available for unsuccessful deliveries due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. In such cases, we may offer a reprint at an additional charge or a partial refund.
